 Hats off to Todd.  Made the transaction seemless and actually a pleasure to complete.  I have bought quite a few new cars and usually the first thing to come off is any markers identifying the dealership.  This car will proudly carry the Rich Morton license plate border because I am so pleased with the service (a big deal to me as I work in a customer service related industry).  Even the test drive process was a pleasure because of the ability to take the car without a salesman...offers the customer the opportunty to discuss the purchase without the pressure of the salesman in the back.  This was the best car buying experience that I have been through.....and I was buying a very affordable vehicle.  Blown away with the experience!

Everyone was really nice the cleaning crew that was there, the service people I talked with the next morning, the guy that cleaned up my car and filled it up, The buiness manager Eric Emery was really great and the sales guy Ryan Wiegand was outstanding. I just had a horriable exp. at Jones Juntion in Bel Air. I am very happy with my choice with Rich Morton- Your team is wonderful. Very caring and go out of there way and over the top.
